We are located in southern Sarthe, 5 km from the Jasnières vineyard, 35 km from the 24-hour circuit and 80 km from the Châteaux de la Loire.
The property is located in a pretty 3 Ha park with vegetable garden and henhouse.
Water is everywhere with 2 rivers and a small pond, which gives a lot of charm BUT also requires very rigorous supervision of small children.
The mill wheel is functional.
3 bedrooms, from 19 to 40 m², are available, each with a bathroom-WC, a TV and WiFi (fiber).
8 beds maximum (80x200 beds that can be twinned).
Breakfast is included.
For people wishing to stay more than one night, I provide you with an equipped kitchen and a barbecue in summer.

"Excellent séjour (chambre tertre rouge)"
Magnifique moulin en retrait de la route dans un cadre verdoyant ayant beaucoup de charme. Propriétaire très accueillant et serviable qui nous a expliqué le fonctionnement de la roue. Literie très confortable, chambre et salle d'eau spacieuses, très agréables. Linge de toilette, petits savons, gels douche et shampooing individuels, sèche cheveux à disposition (même le gant de toilette était fourni, très rare en général). Petites bouteilles d'eau mises à disposition. Petit déjeuner copieux (croissants, pain croustillant, confitures, boissons chaudes, jus d'oranges, propositions de céréales, oeufs sur le plat, jambon.. Endroit très calme qui permet de récupérer après une soirée.. Merci à Monsieur GARNIER de votre attention pour connaître les prénoms de chacun d'entre nous. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet endroit, idéal pour se ressourcer.

magnifique pose au moulin de Brives Déjà le cadre magnifique puis l accueil chaleureux et intentionné 'puis la chambre douillette et apaisante et pour finir le repas de petit dej un plaisir cette chambre et largement au dessus d' un 4 épis

"Parfait"
Rien a dire notre hôte a su nous recevoir comme il se doit. Un passionné de son patrimoine qui est magnifique, décoré avec goût, du linge de toilette et des draps de qualité jusqu'au tapis de douche brodé a l'effigie de la résidence. Un terrain magnifique et apaisant. Un moulin magnifique. Un p'tit dej comme il se doit. Un grand merci JC pour ce bon moment on reviendra. Les motards de Vendée

"Séjour très agréable dans un cadre pittoresque"
Très bon accueil, chambre confortable, spacieuse et calme, meublée avec goût. Très bon petit déjeuner dans un cadre original (roue du moulin visible). Parc qui invite à la promenade avec son petit pont et la roue de son moulin.

We came for a family reunion in March 2025 and had a wonderful time. The host, Jean Claude, was incredibly friendly and kind, making us feel very welcome. The house itself is stunning, beautifully decorated with taste, and each object fits perfectly, adding to the charm. We rented three rooms, all of which were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The surrounding park is wonderfully green and peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. We also had the unique experience of watching the mill’s mechanism in action during breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to enjoy. It was a truly relaxing and serene stay in a perfect haven! We can't wait to come back!
