Where Norman Switzerland meets Norman Bocage lies the Ajon Valley, a small green valley where the Ajon River winds its way. The traveler can go there by Evrecy to the Northeast, by Thury-Harcourt to the Southeast, by Aunay on Odon to the Southwest or by Villers-Bocage to the West. We are in Normandy.

By taking the D171 along the river, from downstream to upstream, we reach the mill of Ajon.
First of all, you can see the famous Chapelle Saint-Clair, completely restored and well known for its events.

Then on the right, a small road, the road of the Mill of Ajon leads to the Mill of Ajon which one guesses the building through the foliage. The road crosses a ford, easy to drive in summer during the low water, more difficult in autumn and spring when the river is inflated by rain or snowmelt.
It is then necessary to make the slight detour by Banneville on Ajon and to arrive at the Mill of Ajon by the top of the valley.

You prefer the train or the plane to go to the Mill of Ajon, then join the station of Caen or the airport of Carpiquet, we will pick you up by car.
