There, in the Lez Valley, between the wood of Taulignan and the mountain of the spear, between vineyards and fields of lavender you will find a mas tricentennial: "The Mas of Father Jean".
This Provencal farmhouse has been restored with respect to authenticity in order to transform it into a charming guest house.
You finally enter a world of tranquility: The sunny inner courtyard, surrounded by solid stone walls, the shade of the tree-plane mulberry, the murmur of the fountain, the song of the cicadas.
And then the discovery with the large garden full of shadings where you can enjoy the freshness of the summer wind.
Near the orchard, in the south, you will find the swimming pool from where you will have a glimpse of the valley and the vineyards.
Two steps to the Lez! And if in summer its sound and its light current are reassuring, it is in winter that it takes the proportions of a real torrent.

The thickness of the stone walls of the area guarantees you cool and comfortable nights.

Traditional terracotta floors, regional style furnishings, modern and well-equipped bathrooms ensure a well-deserved rest after long walks in remarkable landscapes.
After a day as busy as sunny, you will enjoy a creative, regional and collective table of hosts, which can close by the pool or open fire depending on the weather or your choice, but in any case with a good glass of Côte du Rhône.

This is how they left their native Lorraine and its greyness, to find a better comfort of life and tranquillity under the light of Provence and its songs of cicadas.
"Le Mas du père Jean", an old tricentennial building, restored by hand of master is today a small corner of paradise where guests feel like "Roosters".
Sylvie and Didier fond especially good food and conviviality.
Thus, behind its stoves, with its recipes, Sylvie treats her guests with a cuisine both traditional and creative with local products, while Didier amateur of good wines will propose to you his selection of the wines of the region.
Living in a pleasant environment, close to nature, where you can meet friends, relax, dream, in short, enjoy the good things of life, here is what Sylvie and Didier want to share with you in a warm atmosphere.

We offer a varied breakfast from 8:30 to 10:30 on the shaded terrace with tea, coffee, chocolate, squeezed orange juice, wide choice of bread, brioche or cake; Pancakes, waffles or pancakes, homemade jams, honey from the region, yogurt houses, eggs hulled, scrambled or fried, deli meats and cheeses.

A table d'hôte at 20h on Reservation, is scheduled 3 to 6 times a week, depending on the season. Kitchen of the moment, varied, consisting of an entrance, a dish and a dessert at 30 euros per person, drinks not included.
