Our house is ideally located 2 km from the motorway junction (exit 10 on the A83), crossing the A10 and A83, in the village of Cherveux, in the countryside, quiet but close to all amenities.
If you come for professional reasons, Niort and its mutuals (MAÏF, MACIF, MAAF, IMA ...) are 20 minutes from housing, Saint-Maixent-l'École is 15 minutes, and Parthenay 25 minutes.
True haven of peace, cozy little cocoon, you will find an indoor parking, outdoor, a beautiful landscaped garden, an indoor pool heated to 28 ° (depending on outside temperatures) and a hot tub at 37 ° heated all year round, an aquabike, fitness equipment, table football, ping-pong table, satellite channel, BeIn.

"Très bon séjour et table extra"
Excellent séjour chez Valérie et François, et excellent accueil !
Endroit calme, paisible et très joli, aménagé avec goût.
Les infrastructures avec la piscine et le spa sont un plus.
Le baby foot, la table de ping- pong, le terrain de pétanque, rien ne manque !
Les petits-déjeuner sont pantagruéliques et la table digne d'un chef, tout cuisiné maison.
Les literies de qualité permettent un sommeil réparateur..
