Located in the heart of the Burgundy vineyard, our mansion of the 19th, completely renovated, opens onto a large shaded garden. It welcomes you for a comfortable stay and will be an ideal starting point to discover the rich heritage of the region.
It is 2 km from exit 24 of the A6 motorway and 3 km from the historic and artistic center of Beaune.

We offer 3 accommodation options, with WiFi free and everywhere:
• a spacious Room "Amande" of 20 m², with direct access to a terrace overlooking the garden. It is equipped with a bed of 160x200. There are en suite, dressing room of 10m² and a large private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet
• a large family suite "Merise" upstairs, with views down the beautiful trees of the garden. It consists of a room of 19 sqm, with a bed of 160x200, followed by a private bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, and then, in succession, a second bedroom of 10 m² with 2 beds 90x190
The master bedroom of this suite can be rented alone (differentiated tariffs).

In fine weather, Annick serve you breakfast in the shadow of centennial catalpa, family pride.
Bernard, painter, will present you with pleasure his studio, if you like.

At exit 34 of the A6 motorway: "Beaune Saint Nicolas", there is the indication "Chorey lès Beaune". Take the D974 road on the right, towards Dijon. 1.5 km further Chorey is shown on the right. We continue 1 km to get to the foot of the Church. Turn right. This is the "big house" that can be seen 50 m further on the right. The entrance to the courtyard is a few meters further, at the corner of 2 streets.

"Beautiful home and property 5 minutes from Beaune"
Le Clos des Roseaux is a beautiful guest house with beautiful grounds just five minutes from Beaune. There, you will benefit from the faultless and attentive care of your hosts. Bedrooms are tastefully appointed with great attention to every detail. Especially enjoyable were breakfasts in the garden. Your home away from home is filled with the paintings of your host M. Bernard. We felt comfortable and cared for.

Bellissima casa di carattere e fascino con arredamento di stile in un meraviglioso parco tutto fiorito dove poter fare colazione. L'accoglienza dei proprietari e' stata meravigliosa e discreta. Consigliamo questo luogo per una vacanza rilassante e quieta.

"Havre de paix"
Très belle maison de caractère et de charme dans un magnifique parc au cœur du village. L'accueil d'Annick et de Bernard nous a séduits. Se mettant à notre disposition pour nous donner cartes, conseils et idées de visites... tout cela avec le sourire malgré les règles sanitaires lourdes et scrupuleusement respectées.

Merveilleux séjour bourguignon, accueil chaleureux et raffiné dans un environnement magnifique, verdoyant paisible feutré et néanmoins musical avec la proximité de Beaune ! Merci à nos hôtes et aux incomparables lumières des tableaux du Maître des lieux.
