10 km south-west of Rennes, ideally located 6.5 km from Saint-Jacques de la Lande airport, 6 km from Ker-Lann Campus and its train station, 5 km from Parc-Expo de Rennes, the Château des Fontenelles, a building of character dating from the 16th century, has been completely renovated, offering comfortable sleeping areas with private bathrooms.

As soon as you arrive you will find in our grocery store (open almost any hour ...): drinks, ready-made meals, pizza, burgers, canned goods, bread, dry products, ice cream, desserts, cakes ... and basic or emergency products for your stay. At the heart of a new living district, you are 1 km from the town center, its shops and services.

On the first floor, two bedrooms with 2 twin beds of 90 × 200, convertible into a king size bed 180x200, one with shower room and WC, the other with bathroom and WC. On the second floor, a bedroom with 2 twin beds of 90X200, 1 additional convertible 170 × 190 convertible into two beds 85x190, and a bathroom with WC.

In the morning a continental breakfast, pastries, bread, dairy products, fruit, fruit juice and hot drink ... is served in the common areas. These are accessible with respect for other tenants to heat and enjoy meals possibly supplied at the grocery store of the Château des Fontenelles accessible on request to guests.
