This small annex has been completely renovated with high quality materials which give off a relaxing and serene atmosphere reinforced by the framework of the upper floor which brings a robust and delicate charm to the whole.
Next door, the owners' repointed farmhouse and landscaping complete the harmony of the place. From there: the Goëlo coast is yours! Binic, 13 km away, offers a port, beaches, restaurants and numerous activities, but also and above all the GR34 coastal 'customs officers' path' offering superb panoramas of the sea and its tides.
9 km away: a beautiful walk to take in Chatelaudren, a small town of character, but also at the Zooparc de Trégomeur or even on Lantic: the labyrinth and the farm of Sous La Ville as well as the Adventure park on the banks of the Ic. Paimpol at 24 km.
In an independent house, the guest bedroom occupies the ground floor with a 160x200 double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, a separate toilet.
The duplex upstairs offers a relaxation-reading and courtesy area with tray, kettle and fridge. 4 meters into the beautiful asphalt courtyard and you will enter a kitchen reception area for the long-awaited moment of breakfast with a focus on seasonal and homemade products (yogurts, compotes or fruit salads, apple juice, jams, eggs, ...). This space has an equipped kitchen which allows guests to cook for themselves in the evening if they do not want to go out.

"Excellent séjour"
Gîte très bien agencé, confortable. Petit-déjeuner dans une pièce dédiée, avec des produits frais et faits sur place (confiture, jus de fruits,...).
Excellent accueil, échanges agréables avec les propriétaires.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait au gîte Le Bel Arbre chez Véronique ! Dès notre arrivée, Véronique s'est montrée très attentionnée et a fait en sorte que tout soit impeccable pour notre confort. Le logement est extrêmement confortable, agréable à vivre et d'une propreté irréprochable. Chaque matin, nous avons pu profiter d'un petit déjeuner copieux qui a parfaitement démarré nos journées. Mention spéciale à Tchoupi, le chien de la maison, qui est d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommandons chaleureusement cet endroit !

Très belle étape dans cette chambre d’hôtes, un accueil très sympathique et attentionné de la part de Véronique avec beaucoup d’échanges, lors d’un très bon petit-déjeuner avec d’excellents pains entre autres
Le gîte est parfaitement rénové, l’ensemble est très fonctionnel, réalisé avec beaucoup de goût. Nous conseillons vivement cet endroit, sans hésitation et pour nous, il est évident que nous reviendrons…..!

Veronique is a very obliging and attentive host. On arrival, it's easy to find a parking spot. The property is very private and calm. There is just one room (tiny house) available, so you gonna be the only guests.
Instead of a room, you will find a small house to live in, including a bedroom, shower, separated toilet and upstairs (!) the living room with 2 very comfy seats.
The place is quite remote, recommended to have a car with you, Veronique will help you to find a place for dinner.
Next beach and restaurants are to be found in a travel distance of around 15 minutes (car). Lot of hiking routes and cities to be to discoverd, next supermarket and bakery are only 4 minutes away.
The owners owning a young but very friendly dog and a young cat too. A lot of farmland and a big garden.
Once you are going to breakfast, they'll serve every day a little bit different and individually, as well a lot of homegrown products. Jam, joghurt, apple juice, honey, tomatoes, and fruits are straight from the garden, really delicious and outstanding.
The place in general is very calm and quite remote, make sure you have a car with you to be flexible and to be able to discover the incredible beautiful nature surrounding.
In general, there are only 2 things to say: thanks a lot and see you next time, we are definitely gonna be back!
