Royal Palace is 350 metres away, whilst shopping centre Kalvertoren is 15 minute by foot. Tram stop Nieuwezijds Kolk is situated in front of the apartment, and offers direct access to Leidseplein in 10 minutes and Museumplein in 15 minutes. Central station is a 3 minute walk away.

We expect the accommodation back after check-out in the same condition as you received it at check-in. For cleaning food and other personal mess, an additional minimum cleaning fee of EUR 10, 0 will be calculated. The damage deposit needs to be received on the bank account of the property before the agreed check-in time.
Also for last minute bookings. A proof of payment alone will not be accepted. If the deposit payment is not received on the property's bank account at the original time of check-in, the guest agrees that the reservation will be considered a non-refundable no-show. Tourist tax and used mini bar products must been paid afterwards and is not included in the booking price.
For the general and communal facilities, areas and services such security, gas, water and electricity you pay a fixed fee of € 9.80 per day afterwards.
