Our chalet is located in LE VILLARD, at the end of a cul-de-sac, 3 km from the center of the village of Samoëns. It's a recent chalet, facing south, facing the mountain; it consists of two floors. The upper floor is our accommodation; we privatize the entire lower floor for your stay, with a separate entrance.
The room, for two people, opens directly onto the garden, with terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs. In addition to the bedroom, you have a living room with television, coffee and kettle corner, microwave and shepherd's table; a room to store your luggage; a bathroom with shower and bathtub; a separate toilet.
At your disposal: hairdryer, bathrobes, baby equipment (please notify in advance), WIFI.
Lockable storage room for skis, hiking boots and bicycles. Refrigerator.
BREAKFAST
It is served in our dining room facing the mountain.
It consists of various breads, sweet or semi-salted butter, fruit juice, fresh fruit, Savoie cheese, Savoie honey and, homemade: compote, jams, cakes, yogurts.
THE VILLAGE OF SAMOËNS
It is a living village with an ancestral heritage.
It is surrounded by small hamlets, each with a bulbous chapel, and has an alpine botanical garden with 2,400 varieties of plants, pretty waterfalls, etc.
Samoëns has many shops, restaurants, bars and a lively market.
There is no shortage of activities in summer or winter.

"Vacances incroyables"
Séjour exceptionnel chez Anne-Marie et Yvan ! Accueil chaleureux, hôtes disponibles et de très bons conseils pour découvrir la région. Petit-déjeuner copieux chaque matin, logement impeccable et plein de charme. Notre chienne Romy a été accueillie avec beaucoup d’affection par leur adorable Suzy. Et la cerise sur le gâteau : chaque soir, un coucher de soleil splendide depuis la terrasse… Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs !

Un immense merci à Yvan et Anne-Marie pour leur accueil chaleureux à Samoëns, en Haute-Savoie.
Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement parfait, copieux et composé de délicieuses gourmandises.
Le cadre, avec sa vue à couper le souffle, ajoutait encore plus de magie à notre séjour.
Ils ont même eu la gentillesse de garder notre petite chienne Romy lorsque nous devions visiter des lieux où elle n’était pas autorisée. Toujours aux petits soins, attentifs et bienveillants, Yvan et Anne-Marie ont su faire de notre séjour un vrai moment de détente et de plaisir.
Chez eux, le mot vacances prend tout son sens.
