The owners are from the Malabar generation. They stopped making roudoudous to tackle the renovation of this large and sturdy residence steeped in history; its vocation of welcoming children at several times, including that of pink chewing gum in the 1950s, encouraged them to give it this name.
Once through the door of this charming house with a personalized atmosphere, this residence offers spacious rooms, with private bathroom and toilet, including a suite of two separate bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed and one with 2 beds 90), television on demand, WIFI throughout the house.
An intimate garden with terrace and swimming pool invites you to relax in peace and out of sight.
The Malabar house located in Villefranche du Queyran in the Ourbise valley, (Bastide founded in 1281 by Edward 1st, King of England), is located near Casteljaloux (its Thermal Baths/ Thalasso/ SPA/Lake/Casino/Golf …).
But also Marmande and its festivals (Garorock/festival des nuits Lyriques). From Nérac and its Albret Jazz festival as well as tourist routes leading to the various Bastides in the region.
You will also find hiking trails, cycle paths and the Garonne Canal nearby.
