Hiking trailsThe Middle Lands House is located in Vertaizon, a village 20 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand and 1h30 from Lyon.
Ideally located halfway between the Forez mountains and the Puys chain, it is a gateway to the nature of “Auvergne Tuscany”.
This immersive accommodation is a journey into the fantastical medieval worlds of Lord of the Rings.
- Le Gondor is located on the first floor of a town house completely restored in 2023 and has an area of approximately 40 m².
It includes a dining area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and Senseo coffee maker where you can admire collectibles inspired by The Hobbit's house. A spacious and private bathroom/WC and a warm and quiet bedroom where you will sleep facing the White City of Minas Thirith and surrounded by collector's items around the theme of Gondor.
- Arnor is the second floor of the house of the middle lands, 40 m² also composed of a spacious and warm bedroom where you can find the theme of Rohan, the living room for your meals is a haven of peace in the kingdom of the elves, with the entrance door to La Moria and its bathroom. Like the first floor, you will find all the comforts to make your stay a success.
Biker friends, you have shelter in a secure courtyard for your bikes.

Cet espace de 40 M2 situé au second étage de la maison des terres du milieu.
- La chambre chaleureuse et spacieuse est une visite dans le terres du Rohan. Avec une vue imprenable sur le village de Vertaizon et les monts du Forez au loin, vous dormirez face à Meduseld, le cité aux toits d'or de Theoden du Rohan.
- Votre salon vous transporte auprès des elfes. Equipé d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes , d'une bouilloire et d'une cafetière, des fresques murales retracent les faits marquants des âges de la terre du milieu et vous pourrez apercevoir la communauté de l'anneau partant de Fondcombe.
Connaissez-vous le mot de passe pour ouvrir la porte de la Moria? N'ayez aucune crainte, vous pourrez quand même utiliser la salle de bain des nains de Kazhad Dum, spacieuse et originale, une immersion totale dans les mines de le royaume des nains.
