At home, we speak French and English and are real boosters of discovery: when you enter our home, depending on your centres of interest, we can give you tips on specific districts, interesting monuments and architecture, travel and food, as well as ideas of beautiful spots off the beaten track.
Our house provides you with the aesthetics of 19th century Bordeaux. We rent out 2 bright rooms (1 queen, 1 king, 18 m2 each, high ceilings, mouldings and a fireplace) in our big family house, each containing a private shower-room and toilet.
We are situated a 5 min walk to the tram which brings to the centre of Bordeaux and the tram stop "Hôtel de Ville" in just 6 minutes.
We are located in the UNESCO listed area: parking is possible if you ask for our optional private parking (10 euros/night). A fresh and home-made breakfast is included in the price of your room, accompanied with your favourite warm drink, and early chats with other hosts around the dining-room table.

From the Train station :
The best way to get here from the train station is to take the No. 9 bus and get off at the stop " George V"
After getting off the bus, turn back on yourself and walk up the road and then take a left on "rue Laboye" and then a right onto "rue de Segur".We're at number 70
From the Airport:
A taxi costs around 35-45 euros depending on traffic and baggage, however the cheapest way to get here is by public transport, and there are two ways you can do it
First possibility :
Possible to take the airport shuttle to the train station then climb on bus Number 9 and Stop at "George V" then cross the boulevard and walk along "rue de Talence", to turn right "rue de Ségur" untill number 70.
Second possibility :
bus N°1 from the airport untill " La Victoire" where you will climb on Tram B "la Victoire" towards Pessac (end of the line). Stop at "Barrière Saint Genès" then walk up rue St genès, to turn left in "rue de Ségur" at the corner of a Park.
Follow on your left "rue de Ségur" untill number 70.
From A10,
Choose " Talence Université" exit on the rocade motorway around Bordeaux.
Then turn left direction " Bordeaux" and continue straight on...
At one point, you will meet the tramway line, continue straight on following the Tram line.
Untill you can't do it anymore.
You will then be forced to veer on the right. Next traffic light, turn left on the main boulevard, then in a short tunnel.
Next traffic light turn right "rue de Talence" then second street right " rue de Ségur".
Continue untill number 70. We will be waiting for you.

Excellente adresse. Notre hôtesse nous a merveilleusement accueillis un week-end de réveillon dans sa belle maison. Elle nous a consacré du temps et nous a donné beaucoup d informations sur la ville. Encore merci.

"Très belle adresse"
Une hôtesse accueillante , disponible ,prévenante avec qui nous avons eut des discutions très intéressantes. Nous avons eut une panne de voiture et notre hôtesse n'a pas hésité a nous consacrer du temps pour nous aider alors que nous étions en partance. Un tout grand merci encore.
Très belle chambre aménagée avec beaucoup d'ingéniosité et beaucoup de gout. Petit déjeuner "fait maison" avec pâtisseries ,confitures ,yaourts... servi dans un adorable patio ou dans la très belle salle a manger. Une adresse que je gardes précieusement pour un autre séjour a Bordeaux.

"Un très bon séjour"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Martine, la chambre était impeccable, et l'accueil très chaleureux !
Elle à su nous informer pour visiter la ville et donner de précieux conseils !
Le petit déjeuner était également super avec beaucoup de choses fait maison (brioche, beurre, yaourt etc...) de quoi avoir des forces pour aller pavaner dans le centre ;)
