La LICORNE, guest house is a charming authentic Perigord, nestled in the heart of a medieval village,

La LICORNE, composed of buildings dating from the twelfth to the eighteenth century, offers 5 bedrooms, each with separate entrance, overlooking landscaped gardens 2 .

Our rooms, decorated with care by Isabelle, will leave you admiring the stone walls of the Perigord.
Each is equipped with comfortable bedding and a bathroom or a shower room independently .

In our gardens you will find chairs / sun loungers available, and lounges where you can enjoy the tranquility of the place .

The heated pool is 10m x 5m salt treated and will delight young and old .

You will discover our lunch room, located in a monumental house Perigord, where Isabelle will welcome you upon your arrival around a welcome drink, and where it will offer its famous small breakfast (hot drink, fruit juice, jams and pastries, cheese, prunes and red wine with cinnamon, small salads individual fruit " fresh and seasonal ", country bread, cheeses, cereals ...) . And, if you specify upon reservation: bread and pastry " GLUTEN FREE " ...

You can enjoy every Monday, Thursday and Saturday evening the guest table . Isabelle offering original recipes, around regional products that carefully selects for you.
The meal begins with a choice of appetizers house (wine sage, walnut, peach, cherry, rosemary, elderflower ...), accompanied by homemade appetizers .
Isabelle then serve you a starter, main course, cheese and dessert, all made with love. The kitchen is of course fully " home " Isabelle will also brighten up your meal with his good humor and anecdotes about this activity.

In July and August, you can accompany us to the Farmers Market every Friday evening, instead of Valojoulx (10 meters from our house) where you can enjoy authentic local products, in joy and good humor .

DESCRIPTIONS OF OUR ROOMS

For 2, 3 or 4 persons:
Our room prestige " sweet clover " occupies the entire floor of our fortified house (old Templerie of the late 12th or early 13th century), more than 50m ², It combines the charm of the Middle Ages and comfort with a bed 200 x 160 + 1 bed 110 and if needed 1 bed 90 . This room is equipped
a bathtub, a separate private toilet .
For 2, 3 or 4 persons:
Our family room " TEMPLERIE / TEMPLIERS " consists of 2 adjoining rooms (1 bed 140 " Parents side" and 2 beds 90 " Children's side." This room is equipped with a bathroom with toilet. It occupies the entire garden of our fortified house " Templerie ." It is open to the large garden of 3400 sqm with a terrace grass, equipped with a remote parasol, a wrought iron table and 4 chairs. numerous baths Sunglasses are available in this great garden to relax and unwind at your leisure.
For 2 or 3 persons:
Our room "IRIS" is located on the ground floor of our building from the 18th and is equipped with a bed 160 and bed 90. It offers an independent private shower room and a separate private toilet . It is open to a private terrace shaded by bamboo, with a canopy and has a wrought iron table and 4 chairs at your disposal .
For 2 people:
Our room " AMBRUNE " is located on the 18th floor of the building and is equipped with a 140-bed and a bathroom with WC. Very romantic character!
For 2 people:
Our room " POPPY " is located in ground garden and is equipped with 2 beds "boat" or " roll " simple old Beds 120 (it is possible to join if you wish) . This room is equipped with a separate bathroom and a separate private toilet separated . It opens onto a gravelled terrace with 2 sunbeds available and is equipped with a parasol and a small wrought iron table and 2 chairs.
