This B&B is located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in Berville and is 3 km from Saint-Pierre-sur-Dives. It offers self-catering accommodations, terraces, private patios and several gardens. The property has a Spa with an indoor swimming pool, which is heated throughout the year our guests have access to the spa which consists of a heated indoor pool, a herbal tea shop and an infrared sauna. and a massage room. Access to the Spa is free and unlimited for all our guests.

All the rooms and suites at La Ferme de l’Oudon & SPA offer a seating area, a flat-screen TV and
a bluetooth speaker. A private bathroom with free toiletries, hairdryer and a spa bath or walk-in shower is also provided. Some include direct access to the indoor pool and others to the sauna.

Guests are invited to enjoy a continental breakfast in the winter garden or in the comfort of their rooms at an additional cost. Each accommodation type is equipped with a refrigerator an electric kettle and an espresso coffee machine. Our suites are all equipped with bathrobes and housecoats. The suites also feature a microwave and a small kitchenette.

Dinner is provided by the host table on site upon reservation as well as wellness treatments in the Spa. Breakfast and dinner are all made on site with fresh local products.

Some of the rooms have a private Spa, steam bath or a fitness center. Some of the rooms have a private access to the swimming pool and sauna from 20:00 to 10:00 the next day.
