Stay with pleasure in this cozy and comfortable guest room, all in length, cleverly furnished, with its completely independent access and its wooden terrace in height with a view of the Boulogne countryside.
The guest room occupies an independent part of our house called a farmhouse, a typical Baincthun stone construction.
With a surface area of approximately 17 m², you will sleep in a comfortable 160x200 branded bed, WiFi environment with 32' Smart TV.
You will have your own bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The dining area is equipped with a mini fridge, a Philips Lorbarista pod machine and a kettle.
We offer a "French, sweet" breakfast.
You can park your vehicle without difficulty in our large car park; this one is shared with the possible tenants of the lodging 2 people which is right next to our house.
Finally, the geographical location is ideal, a few kilometers from the city center, the ramparts of Boulogne-sur-Mer and Nausicaa.
You are 3 minutes from the A16 motorway.

The house is located only 3 minutes from the A16 motorway which runs along the Côte d'Opale.
You will take exits 30 or 31, depending on your direction of arrival.
You will take the direction of Mont Lambert, hamlet of Saint-Martin-Boulogne.
At the exit of Mont Lambert, you will take the last street on your left, rue de la Troquette.
You go down this street.
Downstairs you will see a fire hydrant and a pen with chickens and goats.
Attention, if your GPS advises you to go up to this place, it is an error.
You continue down the dead end of Rue Ballin.
The entrance to the house is 200m further down on your right, sign Les Hortensias.
You enter the gravelled driveway, you have arrived.

"Excellent séjour !"
Très bel endroit bien situé. La chambre d'hôtes est bien aménagée, confortable et jolie, très propre et décorée avec soin. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et délicieux avec entre autres les produits faits maison (brioche, confitures, yaourts). Merci à Fabienne et Renaud pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette chambre d'hôtes et c'est avec plaisir que nous y retournons.

"TOUT SIMPLEMENT PARFAIT !"
Un grand merci à Fabienne et Renaud pour leur prestation. L'accueil est très convivial, tout est mis en place pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. En effet, à l'arrivée, nous trouvons un guide nous indiquant tout ce qui est à voir dans les environs ainsi que de bonnes adresses de restauration. La chambre est impeccable. Elle est jolie, très propre et très bien agencée. Le petit déjeuner est à souligner, en plus d'être gargantuesque, il est composé, entre autre, de produits faits maison, brioche, confitures... Pour résumer, nous conseillons vivement cette chambre d'hôte et n'hésiterons pas à revenir avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour.

Chambre adorable avec sa terrasse perchée.
Les espaces sont biens optimisés. La décoration est sobre et accueillante. La propreté est irréprochable.
Le petit déjeuner est complet et délicieux.

"Magnifique sejour"
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end, les propriétaires du gîtes sont super accueillants, très bons contact avec leurs hôtes ils nous ont bien conseillé sur les différents sites à visiter. Quand à leurs logements ils sont décorés avec beaucoup de goûts. Félicitations à vous ,vous êtes des gens charmants. Merci également pour ce bon petit déjeuner vos confitures sont extras... au plaisir de revenir chez vous.

"Parfait"
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la chambre perchée. M. et Mme Pruvot sont très accueillants et disponibles. La chambre est très propre et décorée avec soin, l'espace est optimisé et fonctionnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, c'est parfait. Très bonne situation géographique.

"Parfait !"
Nous avons passé un super moment à la Chambre perchée ! Un petit cocon bien aménagé, très confortable, ultra propre et décoré avec goût. Une jolie petite terrasse ensoleillée rien que pour nous. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins, s'assurant qu'on ne manque de rien. Le petit déjeuner est juste fantastique : une grande variété de produits frais avec beaucoup de fait maison. Un délice. Nous recommandons vivement !
