From the highway:
take the Avignon nord / Avignon center exit
follow Avignon center always straight ahead -RN7
When you approach the ramparts and you have the Rhône on your right:
take the first door on the left to enter the ramparts, “the door of the line”
then always straight on rue “Palapharnerie”
Then you will take the third street on the right, rue des infirmières.
Then straight on the rue des Trois Pilats and you arrive on the square.
Home and in front of you.
The closest car parks are Les Halles (5/10 minutes walk) and Palais des Papes (10/15 minutes walk). These 2 car parks are paying.
You can also park in the Italian car park (free parking), outside the ramparts. A shuttle, also free, will drop you off next to our house, Place des Carmes.
The shuttle hours are: Monday to Thursday 7 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to 12 p.m., Sunday and public holidays 8 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. There is a shuttle every 5 minutes (every 20 minutes after 8 p.m. and on Sundays).
