Hiking trails Bike pathWe are 30 km north of Limoges and 6 km from the motorway. The Art Room is 20 m². It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. We are 300 meters from the lake of Saint Pardoux. Surrounded by nature, the place is calm and relaxing.
We are located on the cycle path that connects the three beaches of the lake.
The room is located in a house independent of our main accommodation. It consists of a living room, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a mezzanine where the bedroom is located.
The place opens onto a wooden terrace where you will find garden furniture
You have access to the property's garden where you can enjoy the deckchairs that are made available to you.
We also have a plancha available for you.
Around the lake, you can enjoy the three beaches, a swimming pool, a treetop adventure course, a nautical club for water skiing. You also have the possibility to rent bikes, paddles, canoes, pedal boats.
In addition, you can go hiking from the house.
If you wish, we lend books, whether novels or comics, and board games.
We are located in a place that makes you want to slow down and immerse yourself in nature.

Charmant studio à deux pas du lac de Saint-Pardoux. Très agréablement aménagé. Les propriétaires sont forts sympathiques et arrangeants. Je recommande vivement ! Au plaisir d'y revenir.

Propriétaires charmant qui aiment recevoir.Accueil très chaleureux.
Chambre au calme très spacieuse et très bien aménagée.La literie est confortable et le coin salon repas permet de déguster le succulent petit déjeuner, ce que l on peut faire aussi sur la terrasse en toute quiétude au milieu de la nature à deux pas du Lac de Saint Pardoux.Très bon rapport qualité prix.Nous reviendrons sûrement
