WINTER, I'm 10 minutes from the funicular Bourg-St-Maurice which goes up to the ski resort Arc 1600. The funicular is included in the ski pass. Tignes, Val-d'Isere, La Rosiere, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, La Plagne, Peisey-Nancroix and Montchavin are all less than 40 minutes from the house.
SUMMER, I am a perfect stop on the road to the Alps, 7 km from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, at the foot of 4 mythical passes: Cormet de Roselend, Petit-St-Bernard Pass, Iseran Pass and Col de la Madeleine. The best for cyclists and bikers
HERE is a paradise for hikers, snowshoes, ski touring, cyclists, paragliders, Via Ferrata, rafting, kayaking, mountain biking, downhill biking,bikers and the terrace and the view .
THE HOUSE: The kitchen / living room is spacious. I have no doubt that you will appreciate the comfort, the volume and the view.
Two rooms are for rent, so you can be 4 if both rooms are free simultaneously.
The breakfast is included but I do nothing, I show you where it is and you make yourself at home. The bathroom is shared.
Parking at the foot of the house and GARAGE CLOSED FOR MOTORCYCLES / BIKES.
The house is located in a small hamlet at 1270 meters above sea level in front of Les Arcs and La Plagne.
Reservation: minimum 2 days for the winter season from 15/12/2018 to 31/03/2019 and the summer season from 05/07/2019 to 20/08/2019. I accept at night for the "last minutes" a week before if there are holes in the schedule.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette chambre d’hôte. L’hôte était particulièrement accueillant, disponible et prévoyant, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
La chambre était confortable, avec des rangements pratiques. Bien que la salle de bain et les toilettes soient partagées, nous étions informés de cela avant notre arrivée, donc aucune mauvaise surprise de ce côté-là.
Les informations concernant notre arrivée étaient claires et précises et tout correspondait parfaitement à la description fournie.
A noter qu'il est indispensable d’avoir une voiture. Nous avons choisi de skier aux Arcs. Nous nous sommes garés au parking du funiculaire, à un tarif très abordable (moins de 4 € la journée), avec des départs toutes les 30 minutes, à heure pile et à la demi.
En résumé, une excellente expérience que nous recommandons vivement !

Le petit détour vaut vraiment le coup !
Magnifique vue de la terrasse de l'appartement du chalet dont la décoration sort de l'ordinaire !
Propreté parfaite y compris dans les pièces partagées.
Guillaume, notre hôte, est absolument charmant et de bon conseil.
Et la moto est dans un garage fermé ce qui est un plus pour les motards.

Nous avons fait étape pendant notre road trip à moto. Vue sur la montagne imprenable de la terrasse . Hébergement agréable et confortable et la sympathie de Guillaume fait le reste. Le détour dans le village des 2 Chapelles vaut également le coup. On recommande sans réserve

Superbe séjour dans un chalet avec vue magnifique sur les Alpes. Guillaume a été un superbe hôte qui a su m'accueillir chaleureusement, me prodiguer des conseils aussi bien sportifs (randonnées, parapente, canyoning..) que culturels (endroits à visiter ou événements organisés). C'est mon second séjour ici et je reviendrai c'est certain, je recommande vivement pour passer d'agréables vacances.
