The studio is 35 m² and it opens onto a private garden (garden table, barbecue and deckchairs in season, spa).

"Je recommande sans hésiter"
Je ne peux que recommander ce studio, car il coche toutes les cases avec un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Alain est très sympathique et s’est montré arrangeant quant à notre arrivée. L’accès depuis le centre-ville est simple avec le métro. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

We had a pleasant stay at Alain's from: July 30 to August 3, 2024.
Alain's humor is marvelous.
A trustworthy man who loves his city and his region.
His kindness makes us return for longer to this well-maintained and well-equipped guest room.
The plus: the SPA, a much-appreciated moment of relaxation.
The rosé was perfect.
Great breakfast, served outside every day.
Thank you Alain for the welcome, and don't change anything, you are the best otherwise the executioner will pass 😂.
The Mayenne people: Claudie and Franck.

Very warm welcome,
Just 9 minutes from the metro station, this B&B is ideally located. The host is very friendly and welcoming. The backyard is lovely for lunch and features a spa. A highly recommended location, easily accessible without a car.

A very pleasant evening in this clean, spacious, and welcoming guesthouse. The spa was very pleasant, and Alain found me a restaurant nearby that suited me perfectly. The welcome was great, and I will definitely return with my family.

Located in the city center (Saint Just), a pavilion with private and secure parking. 10 minutes' walk from the metro (+/- 20 minutes from the Old Port).
You stay on the ground floor in a large living room with bed and storage; table and chairs; sofa and TV; equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer. It's not new but very complete. Large bathroom. Could do better for cleanliness (avoid nooks and crannies). The spiders on the ceiling are a sign of good health. Outside, a small terrace with spa (didn't have time to use it). Too bad the garden isn't (better) maintained.
Breakfast delivered at the agreed time the day before: baguette, jam, and three pastries. Milk and butter in the fridge, as well as ground coffee for the percolator.
Alain is a pleasant, welcoming, and helpful host. Thank you for your stay!
In summary: very good for 2 nights.

Great host, he's super kind and friendly. Quiet place with a perfect spa. Then a very good tasting of La Panisse from the host.

"Calme et reposant"
Pleasant stay in comfortable, clean, and well-equipped accommodation. A very friendly and humorous welcome from the owner, who is present and concerned about the well-being of his guests. The spa is a welcome little extra after exploring the city or the coves!

We chose this room because of its proximity to Beauregard Hospital, where we had a family birth. We found a clean, spacious, and, above all, very quiet room.
