Welcome to the birdhouse room and suite

The cabanon-style room is approximately 23 m² and has a bathroom and a kitchen area as well as an independent entrance on the ground floor. The room is atypical due to its height under the ceiling:
1m92 high, the bathroom is 90cm wide and the shower 1m.79 high.

The suite is located on the first floor it consists of 2 bedrooms, a dining area with fridge and microwave
a bathroom, a separate toilet, an entrance, it is about 46 m².

the room and the suite are ideally located to discover the routes of the Yonne by bike but also to visit the region, in particular the wine estates (La côte St Jacques, Chablis, Bailly la pierre.

the Château Guedelon under construction according to the methods of the time and the Château de St Fargeau are also part of the essential visits.

In season it is possible to go canoeing in the region.

In Migennes we are less than 4 minutes by car from all amenities (Station, small seaport departure boat Le Boat, cinema, restaurant, bakery, gym, caterers, shops, pharmacy etc).

You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in Migennes.

You can enjoy the garden in season and discover our fruit trees (walnut, cherry, apple and our herbs)
