La Besace welcomes you in its flowery setting, where calm and good humor reign, without forgetting the good food of the Mistress of the house.
La Besace, a guest house located in Sainte-Croix, is a renovated old farmhouse, with a capacity of 15 people.
La Besace opens from April until the end of October, dates may vary slightly.

*All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom and toilet.
*Payment is made on site, by check, cash or PayPal only. Credit cards are not accepted.
*Our animal friends are accepted in the rooms provided they are clean and sleep on the floor.
*Continental breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m.
*Rooms are available from 5pm to 8pm and must be vacated by 10:30am the following morning.
*No access to the property at night.
*Dinner is served at 7:30 p.m. Adult menu €27 p/p (starter, main course, cheese, dessert) drinks not included.

"Magnifique"
The place, the owner, the rooms, the breakfast, everything is really good. We did not try the table d'hôtes but next time we will. If we come back to the area, we will go back. If there is something to improve, it would be to soundproof the rooms. The pluses are that you can have a drink when you arrive, dogs are allowed and the owner is trilingual. Honestly, do not hesitate. Very quiet place.

Top b&b that many hotels should follow. Very good and friendly hostess. With an eye for decor and atmosphere experience. Super nice location and very clean, beautifully decorated rooms. Good breakfast and very good dinner. Definitely worth it. Thanks again. Greetings from Hoensbroek.

"Wat een aanrader !"
This is one of the nicest chambres we have ever been to. We stayed there for 5 nights. Beautiful room and a fantastic garden where it is wonderful to stay. And the B&B is also located in a beautiful rural area and not far from the beautiful cities of Laon and Reims. But the best asset is the hostess herself. What a wonderful, humorous and hospitable woman she is. And you can also eat well there. If you stay longer than 1 night she has even more surprises in store for you. By the way, she also speaks fluent English (and Polish) for the non-French speakers among us. We actually rarely return to the same place because we want to discover a different part of France every time, but I definitely want to come back to this B&B when traveling. Also to meet Aga and her husband again. I never give a ten in reviews. But in this case I wish her that so much that I make an exception.

"Gastvrij, schoon en heerlijk eten"
We were very warmly welcomed in this cozy B&B. The rooms and the house/dining room are nicely decorated and clean. The breakfast was already nice but the dinner was super, we had a delicious meal. When you are in the area a real recommendation!

Aga est adorable, son accueil chaleureux et plein de sourire même le soir tardivement présage d'un super séjour. Nous n'y avons séjourné qu'une seule petite nuit. Chambres parfaites décorées avec un très bon goût, et petit déjeuner copieux. Vous ne pourrez être qu'enchanté de votre séjour. Je recommande a 2000%.

Notre hote Aga a été adorable avec nous 4 et les autres clients👍. Un joli sourire et un bel accent qui vous tout de suite à l'aise.
Tout est propre, décoré avec goût et surtout des cocottes de partout, vraiment tout partout 🤭.

Que dire? Allez-y les yeux fermés. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, nous avons été chouchoutés, nous nous sommes régalés (oui, il faut diner sur place!!). Tout est très propre, très beau, très bon. Aga est très prévenante et très agréable !

Maison d hôtes excellente. On était plusieurs amis venus pour un long we golf. On a occupé les 4 chambres rénovées, propres, avec SDB WC indépendants. Les repas du soir étaient excellents. Merci Aga pour votre gentillesse. On a retenu l adresse. On revient bientôt.
