The House
This old farmhouse, from the 18th century, is made up of several buildings: barns, the owners' main house and an annex with two guest rooms. The third bedroom is on the ground floor of the main house.
The living quarters have been completely renovated with care by local craftsmen

The garden
We pay as much attention to our garden as to our house. It is a place of life that evolves over the years. We have shaped it so that each space has a specific function: the swimming pool, the pétanque court, the vegetable garden, the henhouse. We wanted it to be conducive to relaxation, whether for playing, swimming, or sitting under a tree to read and even take a nap.
The whole garden is accessible to our visitors.
The rooms have the "Gites de France, 4 Epis" label
We offer a small catering service (catered meal), on days when local restaurants are closed by reservation.

The village :
Chambon-la-Forêt is a village of character in Loiret, located on the edge of the Orléans Forest, 101 km from Paris and 45 km from Orleans and 14 km from the A19 motorway. We will welcome you to our home at L'Orme Blanchet. We will share with you our love of country life in a setting dedicated to relaxation and well-being.

The owners :

Both from the Center Val de Loire region, we took over this old farmhouse 4 years ago. We have transformed it to make it a welcoming, warm place where everyone feels good.
This house looks like us. It combines good living in the countryside while conveying values ​​that are essential to us: conviviality, solidarity, tolerance and an increasingly eco-responsible lifestyle.
Here, all the objects have been chosen with care, they can come from our families, from reuse, from flea markets, or be eco-designed. We could almost tell a story for each of them. All products are environmentally friendly and most often labeled, organic Oeko Tex (sheets) (towels, soaps, breakfast products) and fair trade (tea, coffee). We favor local products.
We generate 80% of our electricity and use either the bicycle or a 100% electric car to supply ourselves.

With a total surface area of ​​30 m², it is composed of an entrance, a sleeping area, a separate toilet, a large bathroom including a bathtub and a shower.
She has a small living room to have an infusion, a coffee.
The "3 birch" room is on the ground floor of the small annex house and has an entrance and a separate terrace.
The equipment: WiFi, smart TV, hairdryer, hospitality trays with kettle and herbal teas.

• The "Prunus" room - from 65 to 70 €, breakfast included depending on the season
With a total surface area of ​​25 m², it is composed of an entrance, a sleeping area, a bathroom including a large shower and a toilet.
It has a small living room and an office.
The "Prunus" room is on the first floor of the small annex house and has an independent entrance and a separate terrace perched with a view of the vegetable garden.
The equipment: WiFi, smart TV, hairdryer, hospitality trays with kettle and herbal teas.

• The "cherry tree" room - from 70 to 80 €, breakfast included
With a total surface area of ​​28 m², it is composed of an entrance, a sleeping area, a separate toilet, a bathroom including a large bathtub.
The "cherry tree" room is on the ground floor of the main house and has an independent terrace.
The equipment: WiFi, smart TV, hairdryer, hospitality trays with kettle and herbal teas.
