Each room includes a TV and satellite channels. There is also an electric kettle. Featuring a shower, the private bathroom also comes with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Extras include bed linen and ironing facilities.

Meals are available on-site. Catering for all needs, they are served in the spacious dining room. Our English breakfast is all locally sourced and served between 9.00-9.30. There is a lift to all floors and car park front and rear of the property.

The guest house is a 9-minute drive from Blackpool Zoo and a 13-minute journey in the car to Blackpool Pleasure Beach.

Pets are allowed on request (a supplement may apply).
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 2 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
