On the ground floor: a relaxation / living room / reading room with snack area (fridge, combined microwave, crockery, courtesy tray). Upstairs: a large mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), a smaller bedroom (with 2 single 90X200 beds that can be twinned), a bathroom with shower and basin, a separate WC.

Breakfast can just as easily take place on the terrace facing the garden or in the living room of the bedroom or sometimes at the owner's.
