We are pleased to welcome you to our Charente house 1.5 km from Saintes, 10 minutes from the A10 motorway (exit 35) and 20 minutes from Cognac.
We have a large garden with trees and a large swimming pool, babies will be free to slide and swing, a Spanish-style interior courtyard where you can enjoy a good coffee or tea or breakfast.

We provide you with a closed room on the ground floor for bike enthusiasts (repair workshop with bike rack, documentation on tourist routes (Flow Vélo, etc.), access to a water point for washing them, etc.) The same goes for hikers: an isolated room for your backpacks, etc. The outdoor areas are secure.

Your accommodation space is upstairs: you will have a large bedroom, a private bathroom and toilet.
We offer a full breakfast - suitable for athletes (please let us know 48 hours in advance). With local products - some of which are homemade (yogurts and compotes).

Bed linen and towels are provided, + baby bed + high chair + bathtub + changing table.

You will finally have all the tourist documentation on the region between Gironde -Bordeaux-, Charente -Cognac, Angoulême-, Charente-Maritime up to La Rochelle.
As a tourist guide, I will be keen to share my good tips with you, by car, on foot or by bike.
We can organize your arrival from Saintes train station.
