Owners of the guest house have an eco-friendly farm in the centre of Šipan Island, where they grow organic fruit and vegetables and produce olive oil and goat cheese. Guests benefit from free homemade wine, brandy, liqueurs and juices.

The compact rooms at Šimunović feature hardwood floors and wooden furniture, as well as a private bathroom with shower. Each unit has sea view.
