Rooms and apartments at the Aio come with air conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom complete with hairdryer. A fridge is also provided in each. Towels and bed linen are provided.

A microwave is available for shared use, and guests booking the breakfast-included option receive a voucher for a bar in front of the property.

Cagliari Airport can be reached by car in 15 minutes, and a shuttle can be organised upon request. Staff are on hand to recommend sights and local cafés and restaurants, and to organise city tours.
