The Anavo Rooms are located in Plampinet, 5 minutes from Névache in the Clarée Valley. You will appreciate the mountain atmosphere of this typical country house, thanks to the charm of the old: period floor, exposed beams, larch balconies. Our travelers appreciate the charm of the house, the intimate side of the place, the calm and authenticity of Plampinet, this small mountain village, the walks from the house and the hiking advice provided by Raphaël and Nathalie, the owners of the House.

We have 2 large family rooms of 35 and 40 m², spacious and bright, which can accommodate 4 to 5 people. These consist of a seating area and a private bathroom. You will have access to the shared spaces of the house: a spacious dining room and a small plush living room, equipped with a wood stove. The large 300 m² garden will be ideal for playing in the grass in summer, or making giant snowmen in winter! We can sleep up to 10 in total with our new high-end convertible sofa located in the living room.

The Tanière room is a large 35 m² room located on the 1st floor in "mezzanine" mode, accessible by a miller's ladder type staircase. It can accommodate up to 4 people, see 6. It is composed of a bedroom and a lounge area. The shower room is located just below the bedroom on the ground floor, with its separate WC. The bedroom has its private entrance. Full south exposure for the bedroom, and full west for the living room. We like in this room the calm and the private side of this space. Please note, this room has a low ceiling (1.84m).

The Balcony room offers a large room of 40 m² which can accommodate up to 4 to 5 people. It has a private balcony facing south. The room has a sleeping area and a lounge area, equipped with a sofa bed. This large room is suitable for people looking for comfort and tranquility. It is also suitable for a family room, up to 2 child beds and a baby bed. The shower room is adjacent to the bedroom as well as the separate WC.
