This large, independent bedroom (30 m²) has its own access with 2 French windows. Adjoining an equipped and semi-open summer kitchen with the possibility of closing available only to tenants.
It is quietly located close to all amenities (bakery, daily market, supermarkets, leisure park, cycle paths).
The beaches are 2.5 km away. Free shuttle nearby in July and August.
Animals are not allowed.
No smoking or eating in the room.
For short-term tenants (2 to 4 days) we provide ingredients for breakfast (bread, pastries, coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar, jam, etc.),
The preparation remains the responsibility of the tenants.
For longer stays we do not do breakfasts.
Composition of the rental:
• bedroom with 1 180x200 electric bed and 2 190x90 bunk beds. Sheets and towels are provided. The beds are made,
• adjoining bathroom,
• open or closed summer kitchen. Maintenance after each use is required. Reserved only for occupants of the room.
• 20 m² terrace with seats, 2 deckchairs and garden furniture.
• 3 bikes can be rented
• private parking in enclosed courtyard for 1 car

Weekly rental is possible outside this period at a more advantageous price (15% discount).
• 2 to 4 nights €98 per night for 2 people and €25 per additional person.
• week stay:
- €650 in high season for 2 people and €80 per additional person.
- €550 in low or mid season.
• 30% deposit, payment of the balance upon entry to the premises, for all stays a deposit check will be requested (€400 justified by the quality of the equipment). This will be returned upon departure after inventory. Optional cleaning is €40 to be paid upon entry to the premises.
Times: arrival from 5 p.m. – departure no later than 10 a.m.
