Where children under the age of 2 are included in the family group for a booking, the property must be notified prior to arrival. A maximum of 1 child of 2 or under are allowed in double and twin rooms and a maximum of 2 children of 2 years or under are allowed in the family room.

Please note that pets cannot be accommodated inside the property or within the property grounds. If the guest intends to leave the pet in their car overnight, the property reserves the right to not allow this and cancel the reservation.

Please note that the property has split level access by stone steps and may not be suitable for young children or guests with reduced mobility.

Stag or Hen parties will not be accommodated.

Guests should note that food cannot be prepared, cooked or consumed in any of the rooms at the property. The dining room can be made available, if arranged with prior notice.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
