Offering a modern à la carte restaurant, Gasthof Weissenbach is located on the old federal road in the district of Weissenbach, a 15-minute walk from the shore of Lake Wolfgang and the centre of Strobl. Free WiFi is available.

The modern non-smoking rooms were renovated in 2015 and feature views of the surrounding Alpine landscape, a flat-screen cable TV, seating area, desk, safe, and bathroom with a hairdryer, make-up mirror, and free toiletries. Most rooms have a balcony.

The restaurant Esszimmer serves regional and international cuisine. In fine weather, guests can dine on the south-facing terrace and enjoy the mountain views.

Hiking and cycling trails, as well as a cross-country ski run, start right outside. The Postalm Ski Area is a 15-minute drive away, and the Dachstein West Ski Area can be reached in a 45-minute drive.

Buses to Salzburg and Bad Ischl stop right next to the property. The towns of Bad Ischl, Gmunden, Hallstatt and Salzburg can be reached by car in 15 to 45 minutes.
