Cards accepted for booking
From 01 January 2011, a city cultural tax of 5% will be charged on the gross amount for accommodation. This fee will be displayed on the hotel invoice or receipt.

Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive later than 18:00. This is to assure the hotel that you do not wish your booking to be cancelled. Contact details of the hotel are included in your confirmation email.

Guests travelling from Erfurt Airport can leave their car at the hotel for an additional fee, which includes the shuttle service to the airport. Please let the hotel know if you are interested in this service before arrival.
