Terms of cancelation
Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival date

Cancellation requests must be made by email or mail or on the websites.
For cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the reservation payment will be refunded less 15 euros for processing fees.
For any cancellation made within 16 to 3 days before the arrival date, 50% will be kept as cancellation indemnity except if the Ferme Boisquillon has been able to re-rent the accommodation under the same financial conditions.
For any cancellation made less than 3 days before the date of arrival, 100% will be retained as a cancellation fee unless Ferme Boisquillon has been able to re-rent the accommodation under the same financial conditions.
If the stay is shortened, the price of the hiring remains acquired to the hirer. In this case, there will be no refund.
If, for exceptional circumstances, the Ferme Boisquillon has to cancel the stay, an alternative solution will be proposed and the sums already paid will be returned in their totality.
