Summer offers you relaxing times in the garden or a barbecue. Heated ski storage facilities are available in winter.
The Gerlosstein climbing area and the ski bus stop are also 250 metres away. There is a children’s playground a 5-minute walk from the property. Zell am Ziller is a 5-minute drive away and has an outdoor pool and shops.
Only approx. 200 meters from the ski bus stop and the valley station of the Gerlossteinbahn. There is also a 7 km long, floodlit toboggan run. The ascent to the start of the toboggan run is also done with the Gerlossteinbahn. The valley station of the Zillertal Arena in Gerlos and Zell is easy to reach with the ski bus.
