The Domaine des Cèdres is an old renovated residence.
We provide you with 4 bedrooms (including a double) each with their own small living room and bathroom/WC, not to mention the large games room upstairs which can be used as a dormitory and a place for the children when it is not sunny. not nice outside...
Different board games for all ages await you.
The main asset of the house is its "park", which was thought, a very long time ago, you can enjoy these different faces according to the seasons. The garden offers you different places, two garden rooms, a space with lawn for ball games, a small French garden... It is completely enclosed by a large stone wall for privacy, and the complete safety of children. There are also two indoor parking spaces and a large garage with bikes available and a ping-pong table (+ electric bike rental 5 min walk from the house)

Montjean-sur-Loire is a tourist town on the banks of the Loire, very pleasant to live in and with all the local shops a few meters away (bakery, butcher, press, restaurants, Carrefour Contact, as well as the cinema, medical centre, pharmacy, etc.)

You will be able to take advantage of walking or cycling circuits on the banks of the Loire, marvelous sunsets... without forgetting to go for a dip either in the outdoor swimming pools of the various bordering villages or landscaped areas on the banks of the Loire with beach in the summer season; but also in all seasons, in the new aquatic center which will open its doors in October 2022 4 km from the house.

Located between ANGERS and NANTES, you have great possibilities of activity:
- cruises on the Loire on traditional wooden boats, canoe trips, or on the Ligériade (departure from the quays 5 min walk from the house)
- Angers (30 min by car): city of plants, with various museums, gardens, historic center, its castle and the tapestries of the apocalypse, visit of the factory of the famous "Cointreau" originating and still produced in ANGERS (tasting different cocktails at the end of the visit!), but also bowling / skating rink / escape game in unusual places (castles / vineyards, etc.)
- Nantes (45 min by car): which offers a large number of activities and visits, a cultural and innovative city. Don't miss the NANTES machines throughout the year.
- the Most Beautiful Villages to visit in the vicinity of Montjean-sur-Loire: Saint-Florent-le-Vieil, Behuard, Savennières, Denée, classified as Small Towns of Character, are worth a stroll.
