The purpose of this document is to inform you about the cancellation policy of Domaine en Reynouse. These conditions describe the rights and obligations of the hosts and guests. Your use of the facilities and your stay at the non-smoking Domaine en Reynouse is entirely at your own risk.

Guest room

Non-refundable rates
For non-refundable bookings, 100% of the booked value plus the municipal tourist tax per night will be charged to the credit card provided on the day of booking. In case of cancellation or modification, the full amount of the reservation, including tourist tax, will be charged. In any case, you bear the risk yourself if you do not have travel insurance or cancellation insurance, even in case of force majeure!

In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the booked date, 100% of the booked value will be charged.

Group bookings (2 or more rooms)

In case of cancellation more than 14 days before the booked date, nothing will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 14 days before the booked date, 50% of the booked value will be charged. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the booked date, 100% of the booked value will be charged.

Exceptions

Where exceptions to the cancellation policy apply, this will be indicated on your booking confirmation.

Table d'hôtes

-In case of cancellation more than 2 days before the booking, no cancellation fee is due. -In case of cancellation within 2 days before the booking, 100% of the booked value will be charged.

Attendance below the number of people booked:
If the number of persons present is less than the number booked, the last known number of persons communicated at least 2 days before arrival will be charged.
