Private heated poolDo and Mi are pleased to offer you two magnificent night spaces in their newly renovated old house in a "small town of character", Monts sur Guesnes.
The rooms each have private bathrooms consisting of a bathroom with shower and/or bath and toilet. Cot and high chair provided free of charge on request.
The breakfast served every morning will consist of fruit, yogurts, pastries, fresh bread, hot drink (tea, coffee, hot chocolate), milk and homemade jams.
Upon reservation, Mi will prepare a dinner that will delight your taste buds!
You will have the opportunity to relax by the pool (bath towels provided), in the garden with swing and deckchairs or on the terrace. The living room will be more inviting in cooler weather. Wifi in free access in the common areas. Books for all available.
The town center, 150m on foot, offers many services: mini-market, pharmacy, post office, ATM, medical centre.
Come and discover this magnificent region rich in history. Let yourself be carried away by Aliénor d'Aquitaine and Richard Coeur de Lion during the scenographic visit of the magnificent Château de Monts sur Guesnes, 200m away on foot, or the many historical sites: the Tour Carré de Loudun (20 minutes), the Cité du Cardinal in Richelieu (15 minutes) or the medieval Fortress of Chinon (30 minutes). Châtellerault, its arms factory, its car museum and its Jazz Festival (in June) are only 35 minutes away. Saumur is 50 minutes away and La Cité des Aigles de Chauvigny 1 hour away.
The Futuroscope park is 40 minutes away. Center Parc Bois aux Daims is 25 minutes away.

Nous avons diner le soir et le repas était digne d’un restaurant étoilé. L’hôte à pris le soin sur la présentation.
Sinon l’accueil très familiale. Ça m’a rappelé ma jeunesse en Italie où toutes les générations sont dans la grande demeure.
La chambre, il y a vraiment beaucoup de place. Et la chambre des enfants, avec 3 lits, a vraiment été décoré pour leurs bien être avec des doudou, livres, …
et pour finir, elle nous a conseillé d’aller visiter le petit château du village où toutes les présentations sont interactives… un vrai bonheur. Ca donne envie aux enfants d’apprendre l’histoire de la région et de la Duchesse d'aquitain : Aliénor d'Aquitaine
Dommage que l’on a manqué de temps pour faire les jeux médiévaux de l’après midi.

Si je pouvais je donnerais 10 étoiles. D'abord le couple, Adorable, très attentionné. Nos enfants les appellent papi et mami 🤣.
Les chambres sont tops, bien décorées et la maison à un charme particulier.
Le repas ! Si vous passez par là, je vous conseille d'inclure le dîner. Michèle est une pro (ancienne restauratrice) , seul l'âge serait un frein pour le concours top chef (on y court trop 😅).
Le petit déj alors ! Tout est fait maison, confiture, yaourt... Et tout est bon ! Va falloir mettre le frein tellement c'est bon.
Bref ! Je vous recommande ce magnifique gîte.

Un place exceptionnelle les chambres top le repas du tres haut de gamme . On a vraiment très bien mangé je recommande tres fortement !
