De Buitenmuur Guest House is a hidden gem located in the city center of Turnhout, located at EPOCH - Museum of Popular Culture.

The townhouse has a private downstairs suite (Just Lazy Cottage - 2 people max.) and upstairs loft (Love Shack - 4 people max.), both with private entrances.

Renowned for its quirky features and unique pop culture design, the guest house features original vintage decoration and collectibles.

Free parking and free Wi-Fi, Netflix, cable TV, a collection of graphic novels and comic books, vinyl record player collection, retro board games, 1960s pinball machines are all complimentary.

The Just Lazy Cottage and Love Shack feature a kitchenette/kitchen respectively including a fully stocked honesty bar and can be used for long term rentals.

Because everyone’s needs, wishes and budget are different, we welcome you to customize your stay with us. Numerous upgrades to the basic booking rate are available, such as wellness (unlimited use of the ensuite spa), early check-in, late check-out, museum visit, vintage game room rental, room service breakfast, pick-nick boxes, evening snacks, drinks, crisps and desserts, … to make the most of your stay. - LATE CHECK-OUT: check-out between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. (only on request and subject to availability) - 30 Euro

ATTENTION! In order to provide good service to guests who check in after you and to prepare the suite/loft for them, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 am at the latest. If you have not submitted a request for a late check-out and you check out shortly after 11 a.m./between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. without notifying us, a surcharge of 15 euros will continue to be charged.
