Bocce ball court Hiking trailsIt is in the Brenne regional natural park and at the crossroads of the 3 departments (86, 37 and 36) that we have decided to welcome you to a typical Berrichonne house.
A former 19th century inn, this building, which we are renovating while retaining its old-world character, can welcome you with family or friends for a great moment of relaxation.
Ideally located in the heart of the village of Martizay, you will find various shops and activities.
Housing
Master suite located on the 1st floor and composed of 2 separate bedrooms:
* 1st spacious bedroom for 2 people with King Size bed, living room, office area and private bathroom
* 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds that can accommodate adults and/or children
This house has a garden accessible for meals and relaxation.
Dining room available for breakfasts.
In fine weather, meals can be served in the garden. The latter is also intended for your moments of relaxation and strolling.
Other remarks
The second bedroom can accommodate 3 adults or 3 children maximum. Breakfast is always included.
Additional cost per adult per night = €30
Additional cost per child (under 14 years old) per night = €20

Un accueil agréable, une belle chambre très confortable et un petit déjeuner succulent.
