Bedrooms with private bathroom and WC in a 14 m² outbuilding.

Completely independent of the main house, it has direct access to the garden, to a 50 m² wooden terrace and a 15 m² semi-buried wooden swimming pool.
It has a 160 cm double bed and all the comforts ensuring a pleasant stay.

A courtesy tray (tea/coffee) is provided free of charge to residents. Breakfast included, served in your room, in the garden or on the terrace. You will be offered hot drinks, fruit juice, fresh bread, pastries, jams and honey. You will also benefit from a parking space.

Why low-tech? there is no TV and no wi-fi is. We prefer to listen to the birds, the sound of the wind in the leaves or a little music. You can also read on a lounge chair.

Want to go to the beach? The seaside resort of Châtelaillon-Plage, renowned for its Belle Époque villas, is located 10km from the house.

As an extension, the oyster-farming village of Boucholeurs, with its typical character of Charente-Maritime, allows you to taste seafood with a breathtaking view of the bay.

Are you going to spend the day on one of our islands? Ile de Ré and Ile d'Oléron can be reached in less than an hour (depending on traffic conditions). Do you want to visit La Rochelle?

A railway stop is located 1.5km from the house and allows you to get there in 15min by TER. Do you fancy a boat trip? The Poitevin marshes begin 35km from the house.

Would you rather visit the Corderie Royale or the Center International de la Mer? The city of Rochefort and its terms are accessible in 15min.

TERMS OF USE :
We welcome you with friendliness and respect for everyone's privacy.
Arrival: between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Departure before 12 noon
Breakfast between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Adaptations are possible according to your constraints.
The room is a non-smoking area, but an ashtray is available on the terrace.
Animals not accepted by our cats.

Use of the swimming pool:
• The swimming pool is reserved only for members of the owners' family and for people staying in guest rooms;
• The swimming pool is not supervised;
• Access to the pool is via the ladder;
• It is forbidden to jump or dive, there is only 1.20m of water height;
• It is forbidden to spray oneself in order to avoid wasting water;
• It is advisable to take a shower before using the pool;
• It is accessible from 9 am to 8 pm;
• In the event of non-compliance with these conditions of use, the owner may withdraw authorization to access the pool area without compensation of any kind.

Environmental Protection :
If, like us, you are concerned about our environment, please respect a few rules of good conduct.
• Avoid leaving lights on unnecessarily;
• Do not let the water run and moderate the flow during showers;
• Do not spray yourself with pool water;
• Throw only toilet paper in the WC.
Key and code:
The portal access code will be communicated to you upon your arrival. It is modified after each stay.
We give you a key to the guest room. In case of loss, a sum of 15€ will be invoiced to you.
