Any cancellation must be sent to the seller by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt or by e-mail, the date of receipt by the seller being authentic. The amount reimbursed to the owner, with the exception of the administration fees, will be as follows:
• cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the stay: 25% of the amount of the stay will be retained
• cancellation between the 30th and 15th day inclusive before the start of the stay: 60% of the price of the stay will be retained
• cancellation between the 14th and 8th day inclusive before the start of the stay: 70% of the price of the stay will be retained
• cancellation between the 7th and 3rd day inclusive before the start of the stay: 80% of the price of the stay will be retained
• cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the stay: 100% of the price of the stay will be retained
The customer must contact the seller at least 19 hours before the scheduled day of the start of the stay.
In the event of non-compliance with this deadline, this contract becomes void, the seller may dispose of his bed and breakfast and no refund will be made.
In case of no show of the customer or of shortened stay, the totality of the price of the stay remains entirely acquired with the salesman.
We advise you to contact a personal cancellation insurance if necessary.

"un sejour ressourcant"
accueil hyper chaleureux par Léonie et Michel qui sont conviviaux charmants qui dégagent une humanité bien agréable dans ce monde plein d'égoisme. Tout a été parfait de l'accueil, à l'environnement, à la chambre cooconing décorée avec gout ,le petit déjeuner copieux et excellent. Une expérience gratifiante grace à nos hotes. Jretournerais sans aucunes apprhension chez Léonie et Michel
