A single bedroom on one level independent of the house with private parking right next to the bedroom in the enclosed garden path. The room is "anti-allergy", our animal friends are not accepted. The floor is tiled in imitation wood. The toilet with door and window is in the bedroom but is separated from the bathroom by a partition. When you arrive, Sophie will give you the gate remote control as well as your room key so that you can be completely independent. Sophie welcomes you and explains the activities and walks to do around the Arcachon basin. The house is next to many cycle paths. The Ares Salt Marshes National Nature Reserve is 2.4 km away and the ocean is 7 km away. The location of the house is appreciated because it is central to the basin. The swimming pool located due south of the house is accessible at any time, you have deckchairs at your disposal to rest and enjoy the calm and the song of the birds. You also have lines for drying your laundry to the west of the house. The breakfast service is necessarily included when booking but you have the option of not having it and the price of 7,50 euros per person will be deducted from the total amount at the end of your stay. A kettle and a courtesy tray are in the room if you wish to not benefit from the service and have breakfast alone on your private terrace.
