Free cancellation up to 2 weeks before arrival date

Booking conditions.
One month before your arrival, (for more than one night reserved!) and to formalize your reservation, you must send 20% of the amount of your stay as a deposit either by bank check in the name of Mrs. Nina THUREY 4 impasse Saint Germain 37000 TOURS, or by PayPal to his email address. or by bank transfer (IBAN number on request).
No reservation will be registered, without confirmation from you, by email or sms, specifying your name, address and telephone number, and our acknowledgment of receipt.
For a reservation of several consecutive nights: contact us (eg for four nights, the fourth is free).
For a single person, same as for 2.
Always make sure with the owners before your reservation of the availability on the dates you want, either by phone or by email.

For 4 nights reserved the 4th night is free.
Children from 6 to 12 pay half the price, for children under 6 free, for a baby parents must bring a cot.
Sheets and blankets are provided, as well as towels.
The blue room is invoiced with the breakfasts, for 3 people, when it is occupied only by 2 people with the 2 separate beds we deduct the value of a breakfast.
The tourist tax is included

If possible give us your approximate arrival time so as not to wait and be at the door!.
Access to your room is always available. You can drop off your luggage and pick up a key as soon as you arrive in Tours.
The morning of your departure you will have to leave the room before 10:00 a.m. for cleaning time.
