At the heart of the Brière Regional Nature Park, in a hamlet on the edge of a marsh.
La Bélisiane, pretty thatched cottage, offers you a pretty bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed. Possibility of a cot.
Private shower and toilet.
Independent entrance, large garden, mini fridge, free WiFi. Full breakfasts with fruits and dairy products.
The bedroom can be completed by another bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 cm bed. In this case, the bathrooms are to be shared. The second bedroom is NOT RENTED ALONE, it completes the first bedroom if necessary.
Breakfast is taken in the dining room opening onto the garden or under the pergola in the middle of the oaks.
A garden table and chairs as well as sun loungers are at your disposal.

The village is 1 km away and from the top of the bell tower, you have a panoramic view.
The Brière marshes, the ocean and the Guérande peninsula are a few kilometers away, offering you a rich and varied stay.
Walks, swimming, well-being massages, fishing, fitness trails... are within walking distance from the house.
The medieval city of Guérande is 13 km away and offers a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a multi-screen cinema.
The beaches (La Baule, Piriac-sur-Mer) at 17 km.
The Brière marsh is the second in France after the Camargue and will charm you with its calm and authentic side.
Saint-Lyphard is a pretty village with shops and restaurants.

Si vous venez à quatre. Je peux mettre à votre disposition une autre chambre avec un lit de 2 personnes. Celle-ci ne se loue PAS SEULE, elle peut venir en complément de la chambre principale (chambre Eléonore) pour accueillir 4 personnes.
Dans ce cas, les WC et la salle de douche sont à partager.

"Parfait!"
Nous avons pu passer trois nuits ici et avons été parfaitement pris en charge et choyés. De nombreux petits détails ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Les environs sont merveilleusement calmes et permettent d'atteindre en peu de temps des endroits où observer les oiseaux, faire des randonnées, visiter des sites historiques et bien d'autres choses encore. Merci !

"Une bonne adresse"
Superbe accueil, hôte très arrangeante. Espaces propres, confortables et agréables. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très bon ! Pas de bruit aux alentours. Petite balade à pied en brière, le top. Une adresse à garder. Merci encore !

"Petit bonheur"
Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Sylviane et Bernard.

"Exceptionnel"
Après un Accueil très chaleureux de Madame BLOMME, nous avons passé deux jours
très agréables dans un cadre exceptionnel. Magnifique chaumière dans un grand parc. Chambre spacieuse, propre et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Salle de bains et WC séparés.
Petits-déjeuners copieux et variés servis dans une grande véranda très lumineuse.
Le lieu, très calme, est idéalement placé pour visiter la Brière et les marais salants de Guérande.
A recommander vivement.
