ocated in Selargius, Residenza Charme is located a 10-minute drive from Poetto Beach. Set in its garden, it features a gazebo with tables and chairs, air-conditioned rooms, and a traditional restaurant.

All rooms have a classic Sardinian décor and an en suite bathroom with shower. Each is provided with a TV and work desk. The rooms have direct access to the shared furnished patio.

Breakfast at the Charme Residenza is sweet, and includes pastries and croissants. The restaurant serves traditional Sardinian cuisine, as well as pizzas.

Cagliari and Cagliari Airport are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 5 to 12 years old stay for 15 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Persons 13 years and over stay for 20 € per person per night when sleeping in an available extra bed.
Children 2-4 years old stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.
