The house, “Ostal” in Occitan, typically Lotoise is located in the heart of the Dordogne valley and in direct proximity to the Cère, one of its tributaries.
It is surrounded by one hectare of land, where you can enjoy nature to rest in peace.
The city nearby will allow you to find all amenities.
Less than 30 MNS, you can discover some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Collonges la rouge, Beaulieu sur Dordogne, Carennac or Loubressac. Visit major tourist sites such as Rocamadour and its sanctuary, Le Gouffre de Padirac, or simply take a walk to the Autoire waterfall or the nearly cave. On the leisure side, fishing, canoeing, cycling, hiking or simply lazing around could be part of your program.
Each room will also take you on a gustatory journey thanks to the fruits of the region highlighted in the decoration: strawberries, chestnuts and walnuts.
You can also taste Marie-Edith's homemade preparations: breads, jam, apple juice. A delight! And good homemade meals will also be offered: full meal (26€/person).
House on a raised floor, a few steps to access the main rooms: lounge area with sofa and TV, large table. Kitchen open to dining / breakfast room.
Access to the bedrooms upstairs (ceiling height between 1m98 and 1m72): 1st "Strawberry" bedroom with 160x200 bed, BZ sofa, tray with kettle available, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The "Châtaigne" bedroom with 1 160x200 bed and 2 90x190 beds with extra desk, kettle, adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. The "Noix" bedroom with 160x200 bed, extra bed, side table, kettle available, bathroom with shower, WC. All rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning. Unenclosed land of 1 hectare with parking. 2 terraces: one shaded on the garden side, the other with a veranda on the street side (view of the hillsides). Downstairs room available with fridge and freezer where you can put bikes and motorcycles.

Dans sa bogue hérissée elle ne se laisse pas approcher facilement mais la cuisiner est un délice.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits avec la table d'hôtes chez Marie-Edith et Étienne.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux.
La chambre noix est très sympa, la literie confortable et tout est très fonctionnel.
Le dîner et le petit déjeuner étaient excellent et tout est fait maison avec des produits locaux.
Nous avons partagé des moments très conviviaux lors du repas avec les propriétaires, Marie-Edith et Étienne connaissent très bien leur région et nous ont donné
de bons conseils pour nous faire profiter des meilleures choses à voir et à visiter.
Nous sommes motard et même notre moto ne pouvait espérait mieux pour passer la nuit. Un garage fermé avec sol dur dans la propriété et accessible facilement.
Merci beaucoup à Marie-Edith et Thierry qui nous on démontré que la chaleur humaine se partage encore aujourd'hui.
Nous reviendrons chez vous avec envie et plaisir.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Chambre très propre à la décoration soignée et la piscine au top ! Repas très bon avec des produits locaux. A recommander.

"Parfait"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie-Édith et Étienne. La maison est agréable et idéalement placée pour découvrir la vallée de la Dordogne et le Lot. Notre chambre était dans un état impeccable. Nous avons aussi testé la table d hôtes et nous avons goûté de bons produits locaux particulièrement bien cuisinés.
