Between "Pays Blanc" and "Pays Noir", Saint-Lyphard is ideally located on a territory where two remarkable and protected natural heritage sites coexist: the salt marshes of Guérande and the Brière Regional Nature Park.
It is there, in a neo-Breton house and in the heart of a ground of 7000 m ², that Bénédicte and David open the doors of their bed and breakfast of Ker Holen.
Upstairs, two bedrooms each with their entrance, bathroom and separate WC.
"The Key of the Fields" and "The Belle Epoque" invite you to stroll ...
- the room "The Key of the Fields": total surface of 30 m ². Sleeps 3 people (1 bed 160x200 modular 2 beds 80x200 + 1 bed 1 person 90x190 in the entrance). Possibility also to add a folding bed for baby.
- the "Belle Epoque" room: total area of 26 m². Sleeps 2 people (1 bed 160x200)
On the ground floor, a kitchen area, common to both bedrooms is also available with microwave, mini oven and fridge (but without hob), to restore the time of your stay.
To relax, books and board games.
In fine weather, barbecue and deckchairs await you ...
We are also salt workers (salt producers) on Guérande, so if a stroll in the heart of salt marshes tempts you, we will have the pleasure to serve as a guide on our farm (depending on weather conditions and availability).
Our 4-legged friends are accepted under certain conditions.
We are open all year.
