Article 1 - Identification.

These general conditions of sale are intended for the use of the reservation of stays in guest rooms between:
on the one hand: Me Perrochon Catherine, owner of the guest rooms "l'Orée des Vignes" domiciled at 135 rue Saint Vincent - 41400 Saint Georges sur Cher.
on the other hand the Traveler staying in bed and breakfast at Me Perrochon.

Article 2 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to the exclusive use of bed and breakfast reservations made by the Customer. Me Perrochon representative of the Orée des Vignes undertakes to ensure the reception of guests in a setting to facilitate their stay and the knowledge of the Loire Valley and the Cher Valley.

Any reservation therefore implies on the part of the Traveler the full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are expressed in Euros. The applicable rates are those in force on the day of the reservation. Invoicing and payment are in Euros.

The rates indicated on the www.oreedesvignes-41.com website include all taxes but do not include tourist tax. They may be modified in the event of legislative and/or regulatory changes likely to lead to price variations such as: : the introduction of new taxes, for example, etc.

Article 4 - Cancellation of a reservation

By the traveller
Any cancellation must be notified to Me Perrochon via a phone call to 02.54.93.84.35 or 07.54.35.58.08 and an email to the following address: contact@oreedesvignes-41.com

- If the cancellation occurs MORE THAN 48 HOURS before the scheduled date of the beginning of the stay, the deposit remains acquired by Me Perrochon.
- If the cancellation occurs LESS than 48 HOURS before the date provided on the contract of beginning of stay, the deposit remains acquired by Me Perrochon who also reserves the right to request payment of the balance of the price of the stay.

If the customer does not appear before 7 p.m. on the scheduled day of the beginning of the stay, Me Perrochon reserves the right to dispose of his guest rooms. The deposit remains acquired by Me Perrochon who can also claim the balance of the price of the stay.
For people who have planned a hot air balloon flight, specific conditions apply. Please contact Me Perrochon by phone before your reservation at 07.54.35.58.08

In case of interrupted stay, the total price of the accommodation provided for in the contract, remains fully payable.

By the seller
If for reasons beyond his control, or in case of force majeure, Me Perrochon had to cancel the reservation before the date of the beginning of the stay, Me Perrochon will inform the customer as soon as possible by phone and email. The customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the sums he has paid.

Article 5 – Validation of a reservation

The reservation is made by telephone with written confirmation either via the reservation form on the www.oreedesvignes-41.com website or by email to the address contact@oreedesvignes-41.com directly to Me Perrochon. A reservation contract will be sent to the customer by mail or email.

The reservation becomes effective as soon as the customer has sent Me Perrochon a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay and a copy of page 2 of the contract signed before the date indicated on the said contract.

The deposit can be paid:
- By credit card via the online payment solution 
- By bank transfer to the bank account of Me C. Perrochon
- By cheque payable to Me C. Perrochon
In the case of a reservation less than 48 hours before the date of stay, payment by credit card may be required by Me Perrochon.

Payment of the balance can be made no later than the day of departure on site.

An invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment of the full amount due for the reservation of the stay.

Article 6 – Tourist tax

The tourist tax is a local tax and is in addition to the price of the night indicated.  The traveler must pay the tourist tax directly to Me Perrochon at the time of payment of the balance of the stay. This tax is payable per person aged 18 and per night. It is collected by the seller on behalf of the municipality and is then paid to the Treasury.

Article 7 – Time of arrival 
The traveler must arrive on the day specified on this contract between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m.
In case of late arrival (no later than 9pm) or postponed, the customer must notify the owner by phone.
After 9 p.m., Me Perrochon reserves the right to no longer welcome the holidaymaker. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owners, so that no refund can be envisaged.

Article 8 – Departure time
Rooms must be vacated by 10:30. After 12 noon, you may be charged an extra night.

Article 9 – Change of rooms

Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, Me Perrochon reserves the right to change the room initially booked by the traveler. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.

Article 10 - Capacity

The reservation is made for a specific number of people.
-If on the day of arrival, the number of occupants is higher, Me Perrochon is able to refuse additional people. This refusal can in no way be considered as a modification or breach of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in case of departure, no refund can be considered.

-On arrival, if the number of people is lower, and if the contract has not been modified, no refund will be considered

Article 11 - Children

Children are welcome at the Orée des Vignes:
- Children from 0 to 3 years stay free of charge.
- Children over 3 years old are charged.

If one or more minors occupy rooms reserved by the Customer, the latter undertakes to ensure that at least one adult is present in each of the rooms booked.

Article 12 – Breakfast 
Breakfast is served as and when arrivals from 08:00 to 10:00 in the dining room or on the terrace. Possible adaptation for people booking a hot air balloon flight in the morning, inform Me Perrochon in advance when booking.

Article 13 - Pets 
Pets are not allowed

Article 14 - Art of living, use of the premises and Responsibility

Respect for a certain art of living is required of all guests to guarantee the tranquility of the place and the comfort of its guests. In addition, the Orée des Vignes is a non-smoking area, with the exception of the exteriors. It is also requested not to consume any food or drink (except water) in the rooms, other spaces are reserved in the house.

The traveler undertakes to respect the instructions of etiquette appearing in these general conditions of sale and the displays in the rooms.

The facilities and equipment made available must be used in accordance with their original purpose. They are under the responsibility and custody of the customer as soon as he takes possession of them. He assumes full and complete responsibility for it.  The traveler undertakes to return the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare any possible damage for which he may be responsible. Any equipment not returned or any damage will give rise to the payment of the costs of restoration.

The key of the room, that of the front door of the guest house and the badge of the gate are entrusted to the traveler by Me Perrochon for the duration of the stay. During this period, it is under the responsibility of the Traveler They must be returned on the day of departure. In case of non-return, Me Perrochon will charge 150 € and will charge this amount when the Traveler leaves.

The children evolving within the "Orée des Vignes" are under the sole responsibility of their parents.

The responsibility of l'Orée des Vignes can not be engaged for the objects of the customer, lost, stolen or damaged in the house.

Article 15 – Data protection

In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you.
