At the heart of the Venise Verte, I welcome you in a refined and quality, situated 8 min walk from town center. Enjoy the comfort and the decoration of four beautiful bedrooms. Nice quiet and relaxing environment that will delight lovers of nature.

At your disposal: private parking, terrace with garden space lunch (fridge and microwave), heated pool (salt treatment), bowling, local biking, hiking clothing and fishing equipment. For the fishing enthusiasts you will have a private land on the edge of Sevres.

The rooms are ground floor and beyond the owner's house. They are spacious and very comfortable, free WIFI access. You will have an ensuite bathroom and private toilet, every baby equipment and a library with books and games.

Hearty breakfast and gourmet food (sweet and salty) is served in a large living room with fireplace opening onto the garden facing the pool. You will enjoy regional specialties, our jams, cakes and pies home.

Nous avons séjourné deux jours chez Nathalie et Philippe ; merci pour cet acceuil très chaleureux. La maison est superbe très bien aménagée , chambre tres spacieuse avec une belle decoration.
Espace extérieur très agréable avec piscine !
Petit déjeuner copieux, délicieux et varié

2 nuits dans une chambre spacieuse et propre, le propriétaire (Philippe) est accueillant, endroit calme, son coin pique-nique , la piscine est bienvenue surtout avec la chaleur, bon petit déjeuner (sucré salé) jolie région avec son Marais Poitevin ,Coulon est un beau petit village

"Highly recommend!"
Great, quiet location, walking distance from the charming little town of Coulon with several good restaurants.
Warm welcome by Philippe, the very friendly owner.
Spacious and comfortable rooms and bathrooms.
Excellent breakfast.
Nice warm pool with comfortable sunloungers.
We stayed at this B&B for the fifth time, and we will definitely come back.

Belle piscine chaude avec chaises longues confortables.

"Séjour très agréable"
Très belles chambres. Les hôtes sont attentionnés et font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Très bon accueil de la part de Philippe. Belle piscine ainsi qu'un beau parc arboré. Mise à disposition d'un espace pique-nique qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Coulon est un petit village atypique du marais poitevin, à découvrir absolument. Une nuit ne sera pas suffisante vu l'étendue des visites à faire aux alentours (ex : Puy du Fou, La Rochelle, Futuroscope...). N'hésitez surtout pas à venir, vous ne serez pas déçus, et la seule chose que vous aurez envie... c'est d'y revenir !
