Each room offers a private bathroom and toilet, a TV and free WiFi access.
They accommodate 2 to 5 people depending on the room.
Some are on the ground floor.
A kitchen is available for storing cold drinks or preparing a snack.
The whole house is "non-smoking".
Outside: swimming pool, bicycles, tables, chairs and sun loungers are at your disposal for a moment of relaxation.
Parking spaces are provided inside the property. Charging station for electric cars.
The breakfast, included in the rates, consists of organic, homemade or local products.
At some dates, we can serve dinner at our "table d'hôtes" (Please inquire for the possibility and book in advance!)
The Logis de Vallans is an ideal place to relax and a base of choice to explore the many attractions of the region: the Marais Poitevin and the Green Venice, the forest of Chizé and its famous Zoodyssee, Niort (with its donjon, its cute city center, market and museums), La Rochelle, Rochefort, the beaches and coastal paths of the Charente-Maritime and Vendée, and even the Futuroscope of Poitiers (50 minutes)!

Super adresse ! Aude est une super hôte. Le lieu est beau, propre, chaleureux et bien placé. Les prêts de vélos (de qualité) et barque sont très pratiques. Merci pour tout. On recommande vivement

Une parenthèse agréable en famille. La maison et les extérieurssont superbes, très propres, chambre familiale parfaite avec coin cuisine commun. L´hôte est très agréable. Une belle adresse a retenir.

nous nous sommes arrêté une nuit en escale vers paris
la propriétaire est charmante même si elle parait réservée aux premiers abords
effectivement nous avons reçu quelques consignes car nous étions avec notre bébé
mais cela me parait tout à fait normal.
L’endroit est tout aussi charmant
la piscine très agréable
le petit déjeuner délicieux
le prix est très attractif pour les prestations.
et il ne faut pas oublier boubou, le coq, qui se promène partout et qui ressemble plus à un chat qu’un coq

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L'environnement est magnifique, les hotes sont très sympathiques. La possibilité de prêt de vélos et d'une barque sont un vrai plus pour découvrir cette belle région tout en maîtrisant son budget.
